Whether you’re traveling with family, visiting for work, relocating, or planning an extended stay, this thoughtfully furnished home provides spacious gathering areas, modern comforts, and inviting outdoor living spaces for a relaxing stay.

The Space

Natural light fills the spacious interior, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The open-concept layout connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals, gather with family and friends, or simply relax together throughout the day.

A charming bay window seating area overlooks the backyard and provides a quiet place to enjoy a morning coffee, read a book, or unwind after exploring Los Angeles.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals, combining modern finishes with a functional layout that keeps everyone connected while cooking and entertaining.

The home features four comfortable bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, providing plenty of space for families and groups. The spacious primary suite includes a walk-in closet and a private ensuite bathroom featuring a relaxing spa bath, creating a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.

For indoor entertainment, the dedicated game room offers a ping pong table along with comfortable seating, making it an enjoyable space for friendly competition, family game nights, or simply spending time together.

Step outside into a backyard designed for outdoor living and entertaining. Artificial turf creates a clean, open space, while the deck seating area, outdoor dining space, and BBQ island make it easy to enjoy meals, gather with family and friends, or simply relax in the Southern California sunshine.

Conveniently located in Winnetka, the home provides easy access to shopping, restaurants, parks, and many of Los Angeles’ most popular destinations, making it an excellent home base for both short visits and extended stays.

The fully equipped kitchen combines modern style with everyday functionality, providing everything needed to prepare meals while remaining connected to the adjoining living and dining areas.

For your peace of mind, the home is equipped with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and a fire extinguisher.

Guest Access

Guests have full private access to the entire property.

Other Things to Note

Age Requirement & Smoking Policy

Primary guest must be at least 25 years old.

We want to ensure all guests enjoy a comfortable and smoke-free environment. Therefore, we request that smoking be restricted to outdoors only, far away from open doors and windows, to prevent any smoke odor from entering the premises.

Events & Small Gatherings

In regard to events, our primary focus is to provide a peaceful and relaxing space for our guests. While we typically do not allow big events, we are open to considering small gatherings or special occasions when you’d like.

Filming

Also, if you are interested in using our house for filming purposes, we also offer you availability. Please let us know what you need so we can meet your needs together.

Unauthorized Events & Extra Guests Policy

Any unauthorized events or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Guests found hosting such events will be charged a $2,000 fee.

Additionally, if extra guests are present without prior disclosure, a fee of $100 per guest per night will be applied. Please inform us in advance of any additional guests to avoid charges.
