The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed to prepare meals comfortably, with generous workspace and modern appliances that make cooking easy whether you’re preparing breakfast before exploring Los Angeles or enjoying dinner at home after a day by the pool.

Living Areas

The open living room provides a welcoming place to relax, watch your favorite shows, or enjoy conversations while overlooking the surrounding valley. Guests have access to the entire property during their stay, including the converted garage laundry and storage area.

Safety

For your peace of mind, the home is equipped with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and a fire extinguisher.

Other Things to Note

Primary guest must be at least 25 years old.

We want to ensure all guests enjoy a comfortable and smoke-free environment. Therefore, we request that smoking be restricted to outdoors only, far away from open doors and windows, to prevent any smoke odor from entering the premises.

Events & Small Gatherings

In regard to events, our primary focus is to provide a peaceful and relaxing space for our guests. While we typically do not allow big events, we are open to considering small gatherings or special occasions when you’d like.

Filming

Also, if you are interested in using our house for filming purposes, we also offer you availability. Please let us know what you need so we can meet your needs together.

Unauthorized Events & Extra Guests Policy

Any unauthorized events or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Guests found hosting such events will be charged a $2,000 fee.

Additionally, if extra guests are present without prior disclosure, a fee of $100 per guest per night will be applied. Please inform us in advance of any additional guests to avoid charges.
