The extremely large, fully stocked kitchen includes everything needed for family meals, entertaining, and a relaxing stay. It also features a breakfast bar and an additional kitchen table, offering plenty of space for casual dining, gathering, or enjoying coffee in the morning.

As you enter through the front door, you are welcomed into a bright, open living and dining space. The living room includes a large TV and a stylish luxury sofa bed that opens into a king-size bed. The dining area features an elegant dining table with six comfortable cushioned chairs, creating the perfect space for meals and gatherings.

Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements

The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, nightstands, plenty of lighting, and beautiful natural light from the windows. It also includes a walk-in closet and a private ensuite bathroom.

The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom includes two twin-size beds.

The fourth bedroom is designed as a flexible office/bedroom space, with a desk for remote work and a couch that opens into a double bed. The laundry room with washer and dryer is conveniently located at the end of the hallway near the bedrooms.

Large Backyard & Outdoor Living

The outdoor space is large and welcoming, with comfortable patio furniture, a barbecue grill, an outdoor dining table, and plenty of natural grass for children to play or for pets to enjoy.

Nature lovers will appreciate the home’s convenient location near some of Thousand Oaks’ beautiful outdoor attractions. There are many trails and nature areas nearby, including one especially close within walking distance.

Conejo Valley Botanic Garden is only an 11-minute walk away, or about 1 minute by car. Tarantula Hill is just a 6-minute drive, and Los Robles Trail is only about 8 minutes away by car, making this a wonderful location for guests who enjoy hiking, walking, exploring nature, and spending time outdoors.

For added convenience, the home also includes a two-car garage and a 220V outlet located near the garage. Guests must bring their own EV charging cable.

Guests get to use the main house, garage, and backyard.

Other Things to Note

Primary guest must be at least 25 years old.

We want to ensure all guests enjoy a comfortable and smoke-free environment. Therefore, we request that smoking be restricted to outdoors only, far away from open doors and windows, to prevent any smoke odor from entering the premises.

Events & Small Gatherings

In regard to events, our primary focus is to provide a peaceful and relaxing space for our guests. While we typically do not allow big events, we are open to considering small gatherings or special occasions when you’d like.

Filming

Also, if you are interested in using our house for filming purposes, we also offer you availability. Please let us know what you need so we can meet your needs together.

Unauthorized Events & Extra Guests Policy

Any unauthorized events or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Guests found hosting such events will be charged a $2,000 fee.

Additionally, if extra guests are present without prior disclosure, a fee of $100 per guest per night will be applied. Please inform us in advance of any additional guests to avoid charges.
