Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements

This beautiful three-bedroom home is designed for comfort, relaxation, and memorable stays.

The flexible sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed in one bedroom, a queen-size bed in the second, and two twin-size beds in the third.

The home also features two sleeper chairs that convert into single beds, along with a private pool house offering a sofa bed that opens into a king-size bed.

Additional air mattresses can be provided upon request, allowing the home to accommodate up to 12 guests. It is an excellent choice for families, groups, or anyone looking for extra space and privacy.

The living room is warm, elegant, and beautifully designed with modern furniture, a large TV, a fireplace, and plenty of space to relax after a day exploring Los Angeles.

Age Requirement

Primary guest must be at least 25 years old.

Pool

The pool cannot be heated, as there is no heating system in place.

Smoking Policy

We want to ensure all guests enjoy a comfortable and smoke-free environment. Therefore, we request that smoking be restricted to outdoors only, far away from open doors and windows, to prevent any smoke odor from entering the premises.

Events & Small Gatherings

Our primary focus is to provide a peaceful and relaxing space for our guests. While we typically do not allow big events, we are open to considering small gatherings or special occasions.

Filming

If you are interested in using our house for filming purposes, we also offer availability. Please let us know what you need so we can meet your needs together.

Unauthorized Events & Extra Guests Policy

Any unauthorized events or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Guests found hosting such events will be charged a $2,000 fee.

Additionally, if extra guests are present without prior disclosure, a fee of $100 per guest per night will be applied. Please inform us in advance of any additional guests to avoid charges.
