Guests are entitled to a full refund only if both of the following conditions are met:
The reservation is canceled within forty-eight (24) hours of booking; and
The cancellation is made fourteen (14) or more days before the first night of the reservation.
For cancellations made fourteen (14) or more days before the first night of the reservation, rental payments are refundable, less 50% of the total reservation rent and fees, which are non-refundable.
Mid-term reservations require cancellation at least thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made less than thirty (30) days before arrival for mid-term reservations are not eligible for a full refund and may be subject to the applicable non-refundable rent, fees, and cancellation terms stated in this Agreement.
No full or partial refunds will be issued for no-shows, cancellations made within thirteen (13) days of the first night of the reservation, late arrivals, or early departures.
No refunds or compensation will be provided if the Property is unavailable, or available but difficult to access, due to circumstances beyond the Company’s control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, mechanical failures, actions by government agencies, utility outages, or other unforeseen events. Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to relocate guests to a comparable property, cancel the reservation, or issue a credit toward a future stay. If the reservation is moved, modified, or converted to a future stay credit, the reservation will no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.
For reservations made through a third-party booking platform, additional fees, deposit requirements, cancellation terms, and refund policies may apply. Guests are responsible for reviewing the applicable third-party platform policies before confirming their booking. All other terms and conditions of this Agreement shall remain in effect.
