The Space

Step inside to bright, open living spaces that offer the perfect balance of comfort and functionality. The spacious living room features a large Smart TV and comfortable seating, creating an inviting place for movie nights, conversation, or simply unwinding after a busy day.

The recently renovated kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals at home and flows naturally into the dining area, where an elegant table comfortably seats six. A cozy fireplace adds warmth and charm, making family dinners and holiday gatherings even more enjoyable.

The home offers three spacious bedrooms and two well-appointed bathrooms. The primary suite features a king-sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom, creating a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. Two additional bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed, are conveniently located across the hallway from one another, making the layout especially practical for families with children.

Step outside into a private backyard designed for both relaxation and play. Mature fruit trees provide a peaceful setting, while the expansive yard offers plenty of space for children and pets to enjoy the outdoors. The four-person hot tub is available day or night, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing or to enjoy a quiet evening under the stars. Comfortable outdoor seating creates additional space for gathering with family and friends throughout your stay.

Located in the heart of West Hills, the home offers convenient access to many of Southern California’s most popular destinations. Ventura Boulevard, with its shopping, restaurants, and entertainment, is only about 20 minutes away.
